Cause it looks like a fun addition to the server and will help me will application/Interview experiance.

From City Scanner i looked at it and it needed a application for a whole other thing. I have learned from the Vorigaunt that i also can not leave the city.

Yes i have as you see from question 5.

Character Backstory:Came from a family of nice and friendly Voriguants. Did a few chores back when the combines have not took over. Frowns apon violance and rude people. When the combines took over the family was imprisoned for life and only Torendo Viator had survivied. Torendo now works to do small jobs like finding mean rude violators of the law. Also does charity work as in giving free soda drinks to the people that have not ever gotten rations or such. Then Torendo is a slave for the combine and the combine always frowns apon Torendo. Torendo plans to rescue his family and hide out in the sewers for the rest of the days.
