3. Why do you want to be a staff member?
A bunch of minging has been gonig on lately and I don't think reporting it to Sheep, Golden, or Kenny is gonig to work EVERY time

5. How well known are you on the server?
I am known by Sheep for having surviving and witnessing the horrors of Twilight Gaming. One time when I was gone for months and came back I got a shitload of Steam PM's from other regualr's on the server saying stuff like "We missed you" and "Holy shit, your coming back?". Pretty much I am respected on this server



6. Do other players on the server like you?
I know Sheep, Kenny, Golden, Venom, and now the new MPF Bourenco. I was friends and was another admin with Sheeplie through Twilight Gaming. Sure we all have disagreements over stuff but in order for your social life not falling apart you need to have some contoversy.


7. Have you ever been banned?
From an admin? No. There was only one time where I accidently banned myself by spamming "Rcon penis" into the console and got my MPF suspended.



8. Have you ever been kicked?
No, i have not been kicked that I know of.


9. Have you ever been warned?
Yes, mostly about IC mistakes though.



10. Why should we choose you as an operator?
I tend to go undercover and tell the Admins on steam I know that this player is doing this or this player is gonig that. In the midst in this server Sheeplie was running up a fuckin' wall due to all the stress of being an owner, and at that time I felt like that I should apply to be an operator so I can help him out because friends help out friends, but never got too due to me focusing on school work and charecter devolpment. Now there are a bunch of minges like pegions picking up rocks and mingepunchers. My objective is simple, enforce the laws and use action to prevent these types of events from happening.


11. Have you helped anyone on the server yet?
I have helped several new players by teaching them OOC/LOOC. P2L and /roll. What types of mingery does if you get caught and proper RP etiquette. I give sheeplie and other admins tips on mingerey that happens if no admins are on.



12. Have you ever helped someone on the server? Give an example if so.
One time on the server minges had overun and a bunch of mingepunching and blasphemy was happning. I was a unit and had my trusty 9mm on my side so I decided to take the law in my own hands. I shot down all the minges until admins could get on.



13. Why are you more mature than other players?
From my OOC life I am have learned many lessons in my life like the power of respect and how you shouldn't think you can naturally hold down your liqour. These lessons have given my knowalge and some have even saved me and my friend's lifes. I have also taken this knowlage into many HL2RP servers. Honestly it's kinda annoying seeing a 21 year old girl who is probaly skinnier than me chug down a whole bottle of whiskey in HL2RP, and all the voice spam from vorts and scanners. I hate mingery and I go off from the quote "We do not forgive, we do not forget, expect us".



14. Are any of your characters important?
No, we all start from the bottom and work out way to the top. All my charecter's are basicly pawns to the UU, put all of them would die for the UU, and have no regrets.




15. Are you active on the server?
In the past couple of months I couldn't get on due to schoolwork but since school ends for me in a week I will be able to get on more frequently than before.


16. Will you be able to be active a lot?
Summer vacation is coming up. I can't predict the future but I will predict I will be on most of my summer. My friends are all arrogant assholes I can't stand so I prefer my computer over them.   



17. What do you do in this situation:

Two players are arguing in OOC, one is angry because the other stole his ration before he could get a chance to pick it up. You have no clue where the players are at the moment.

I would bring both players up to a rooftop so if they fall off they will die. I woudl check the console logs because I prefer to have the admin ESP on whenever I get admin in a server and check if he actually took it. If he stole the ration I would make him give it back. If he is being stubborn I will kick him and give the other player his ration.


18. What do you do in this situation:

A citizen is mingepunching a civil protection officer, he isn't listening to what they explain to him in LOOC, and he continues.

I TP the citizen to a roof top and ask him if he knows how to do /me's. If he doesen't I will teach him how to RP and the P2L system. If he is un-cooperative I will issue a warning, if he is still then its a slay. I Tp him again and STILL then it's a kick. If he eeconnects and he is still minging then 15 minute ban.


19. A citizen sneaks up on a unit while they were preoccupied, and hit the unit on the head with some sort of object. The unit is upset because the citizen did not roll. Who is right, and why?
The citizen would be correct here. Vortex RP uses the P2L system where you aim to lose the RP situation. Since the unit was preoccupied and since the citizen snuck up on the unit, if P2L was followed then the citizen would win.



20. A group of citizen attacks an overwatch unit with no weapons whatsoever. The overwatch unit overpowers them and amputates all of them on the spot. The citizens are upset that they didn't have a chance to win, or that the overwatch unit didn't play to loose. Who is in the right and why?
The OTA. OTA is basicly your worst nightmare on steriods. The citizens are starving, weak , and deprived of nutrition and strength. OTA are heavily Brainwashed, meaning they are extremely loyal to the UU and can easily block out pain. Along with that OTA are Augmented and are probaly x30 stronger than Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1980's. OtA also have heavy kevlar armor on. It doesn't take a genius to who would win this



21. A citizen climbs into the City Administrator's mail cute with the help of another citizen. They're both a bit bored, and feel like messing around. What do you do?
I would TP them both to me and tell them not to do that again and that if they we're bored maybe they should both Passive RP with eachother. If they are like FUCK YOU BITCH I DO WHAT I WANT #YOLOSWAG then I warn them stop fucking around, then followed up by a slay, a 15 minute ban , then 30 minutes, then an hour, 3 hours, and a day. Any mroe I would ask sheeplie for permission

22. What can you offer to our community?

Before I was this community's Recon and Undercover player. But If I become an Op, I can help stop mingery and griefing, like shown in this video.

I know how these minges work and can practiclly read their minds, thus aiding the Admins on the server.




23. Do you tend to mess around a lot in LOOC chat? This includes but is not limited to the following:
"XD" "LELELELEL" "LOLVOID" "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
I only mess around when it is necassary like if someone tries something but fails. Apart from thsi I have seen many admins say these kinds of things in LOOC, so I would say this is a little hypocritical, but we all have a little hiccup once in a while.


24. Do you tend to do crazy things, and then void them right after?
No. But as a MPF I did crazy shit no-one though I would survive and THEY were the ones who we saying VOID in LOOC.



25. Do you get upset if you do not get your way?
No, i am not a spoiled 14 year old whitegirl in Long Beach. I am a calm minded 16 year old living in the valley of California who actually doesen't liek winning sometimes. ITs only if it were something REALLY dumb that I might get a little upset over, but would work over my emotions and carry on with my life.


26. Will you get angry if you do something wrong, and a higher staff member corrects you?

Think about it, what would happen if teachers gave our student's no advice on how to do their subjects? They all would Fail. It is also an admin's job to correct new admins to mold them into better admins.



27. Why do you like the server? Why is it unique to you?

I like this server because of me and sheeplie's friendship from before Vortex and from Twilight gaming. We all difftent tastes but I am proud to see how much Vorex has grown from it's midst. It will take me more than a nuke to tear me apart from vortex RP.

The video portrays the server in a bad light. Even though you made it with good intentions, it was a major lapse in judgement. Who's to say that wont carry on to you as operator and ruin the servers reputation?

It was a bad sense of judgment. But with mistakes comes wisdom. On a sidenote your the only one who frowns at it. I haven't seen anyone else complain to me about it and if sheeplie wanted it to be removed he would have told me to remove it and I would have removed it.

Apart from that it's one thing if someone messes around as a regular user, but it takes an asshole to abuse admin just to troll people. I want to help vortex roleplay, I don't want to destroy it. I just want to take some stress off of sheep's mind and help deal with Minges.

I realise this. But you have to see it from a random average Joe's point of view. All he sees is a CCA unit Stunwhoring a kid (even if it isn't a kid) over and over and then the server details.

I removed the server I.P and even said the video was fake, and me saying the video was fake was in my own will and did it shortly before I started the app. What more do you want? I just want to help deter minging because online op's/admins can't all the time respond to mingerey happening.
