And I am sure many can agree on this. To put it bluntly- the ranking. I saw a new MPF who has only been one for less than a month rank up to an 01! Unacceptable! Ranking is going up way too fast- and those that stay flagged down for the sake of not messing up the ratio further suffer for it! I know some very good Units who have been in Tier one or the same ranking for how long now? More than two months I can tell you that. I do believe people have not said anything on the forums because I, in my opinion, think it will just get ignored- it will not if people bring attention to it. But these things need be brought to attention- so please take it into consideration and possibly FIX these issues as well as any further things people comment on below.

Add things onto this conversation- but please, be polite. No swearing or anything. Act civilized.

I looked up his application and it seems he was a MPF for just a week. Already 01! It kind of annoys me, as I spent alot of time getting up to 01, and I forgot to get promoted in the promo roll.

Who made him 02? Somebody is promoting units behind my back.

I've applied for a few weeks ago and I'm still an 05! Yeah, the ranking is a bit unfair.

Yes! It is absurd! It has taken me FOREVER to become an 01 and I see promotions being handed out like candy?! What is this?! A classroom of preschoolers and their gold stars for good behavior?!

I know it's a bit nutty, Also if units could stop going afk on their cp for hours on end fucking the ratio it would be great..

A greatly agree that new units are getting ranked up too fast. I have been my character for over 3 months and just recently got tier 2 without doing OfC, went from T1 01 to T2 05. It needs to be toned down.

I can agree on this. Someone that I had authority over (The same person that's been heavily implied in this threat, I won't name names) has authority over me now. Unfair.

I have been 04 for 2 months. It's pretty shitty how unequal the promotions are.

Nobody is even blaming you. That was a mistake.

It doesn't really matter if you've been here for 3 months on the same 05. I promote everybody as I see fit. If I don't promote you, I don't see it fit.

Life isn't fair. That's just something you have to deal with.

That's the thing. You promoted everyone for RcT training. NOVA was training recruits. You got on saw it and went "Well that sure isn't fair," And promoted everyone on. It was meant for RcT training. Not everyone getting promo's.

No. That was for the shell beach operation. I told people to inquire if they were on the mission.

I agree with Okt'. We'll have to get some guidelines put in place. I'll talk with Sheeple.

I don't agree. Particularly because some units just show themselves better to command. Sometimes, presentation and work-ethics get noticed more than hard-work. I do both, and I move along just fine. From UNION 05 to APEX 03 (Was 02, till I got demoted due to division change). If you want to get promoted, show all of those things well enough that you get noticed.

I know what you mean Bourneco. If you are a competent CCA roleplayer than such things are deserved- but I know some of the Units that are being ranked and a few I know are not as such- thus why the lot of us are agaisnt the sudden promotions.

Time does not equal promotions.
If that unit deserves it, he deserves it.

I also log a lot of hours on my CCA, as well as perform skilled role play.

This is very unfair to the squadrons who have little people. and right now, that is ALPHA And NOMAD.
