3. Why do you want to play as a City Scanner?

They play an important role in civil judgement an it would be nice to have access to one.

I have to speak in OTA Format. I can't attack other than pictures.

Because I'm an Experienced roleplayer and active member of VR who would only like to expand his experience.

/me Snaps a photo of a woman hiding in an alleyway, then turns the corner.
"CONFIRMED 647E IN D2, REQUESTING 10-79;"
/me takes a photo of the Anti-Citizen, and transmits it to the MPF feed, then flies off back to the Nexus.

/me lowers down to the streets, and floats through an alley.
/me Comes across two Citizens exchanging items.
"POSSIBLE 11-25; PROCESSING CITIZEN ID'S;"
/me Takes a picture of the two.
The two citizens notice the picture and immediately disperse.
/me continues scouting.
