The lack of mediocre citizens.

The lack of mediocre citizens have been noticeable, citizens who are either something like ex-military with a leetkiller tattoo, or citizens with a loyalist coat. So, to anyone that gives a shit, hit the "new character" button, give him a normal name, a normal physdesc without "Super strong omgomg". You could even say something like "chubby and fat" or "short and weak". Make him/her not brave, and obeying the combine, but still not liking them. This would create a new haven for characters, especially the ones who have the character development ingame to stand out. You can still have character development, maybe even to the point of standing out further down the rode, but create a character, and all characters created from here on out, without the ideal of immediately being a fearless badass, but a normal character, with a humble beggining.

I think that's great. However, there have been many citizens who are dirty and malnourished (being in the industrial district), who hide in their homes, praying the combine won't kick their door down. This is the type of citizen we need, and I appreciate many of you playing that role.

The first thing he asked me was "Where can I find the resistance?"
The second thing he told me was "I want to put the combine in their place."
The third thing he told me was "If you rat me out, I will kill you."

He was obviously a lolwebul. Although I have my characters that try to resist the Combine in anyway they can, I put some restrictions on them to make them vulnerable at times.

Srsly people need to stop fucking asking CITIZENS AT THE PLAZA where the resistance is. That will get you amped. If ur gonna be outward with it, at least be in a dark alley or the grotto.
