1. How long have you been a part of Vortex Roleplay?
I've been here at Vortex for a few months. Joined back in February.

2. What would you generalize to be your total playtime on Vortex?
If my math is solid, it should be about 300 hours. Give or take fifty.

3. How long have you been roleplaying in general?
I'm coming up on my eighth year of Gmod RP.

4. Do you consider yourself to be efficient at roleplaying?
Yes I do.

3. Why do you want to be a part of our Metropolice Force?
I want to continue to work with our units and the Union to be apart of and provide an immersive experience.

4. Have you read all of the Informative Guidelines?
I have, yes.

5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
From all of the points on the guide i've learned that you cannot go rogue above the rank of 04 also that you need a specific and GOOD reason to do so- not “just because”.

6. There are a total of ___ informative guidelines.

7. Did you read and study the Metropolice Force Guide?
Yes I did.

8. What does 10-4 mean?
10-4 is the command that means OK.

9. What does 11-22a mean?
That is the radio command for Light contraband.

10. List the weapons you'd be allowed to checkout at the following rank: 03, Second Tier.
Nine millimeter pistol, Mp7 Sub-automatic Machine Gun, M67 Advanced Smoke Grenade, and the C89 Flash Bang Grenade.

11. Give an example of a moderate contraband item.
Basic weapons such as knives, shanks, and swords, also including weapons of the Nine millimeter Class.

12. What is the level of crime for having possession of a moderate contraband item?
What would the punishment be for that level of crime?
It's a level three crime which is punishable by Two or three cycles, with a maximum of six penalty points.

13. How does the standard breach and clear protocol work?
This will assume a four unit team.
The team Leader will call ‘stack’ on a door after the Units are assigned their roles(Breacher, Pointman one, Pointman two). ‘Stack’ is the command that instructs them to get into their proper positions on the wall by the door based off of their role given. The breacher stacks on the weak point of the door(aka the side where the hinges are). Pointman one and Pointman two will then stack on the other side of the door against the wall, pointman one closest to the door with pointman two behind him. The team leader will then call ‘Prep’ and Pointman one and Pointman two will check over their equipment(aka weapons) while the breacher prepares their method of breaching (explosive, kicking the door down, shooting the door open, etc.) Once all of the Units are ready and in place the team leader will Count down from 5 to inject. At the command ‘inject’ the Breacher will ‘open the door’(with whatever method needed or chosen) to allow the pointmans to go in. Pointman two will move around Pointman one into the room then to the right side of the room- engaging any hostiles as they do so. Pointman one will follow pointman two directly into the room and to the left side of it, engaging any hostiles in it. Once the pointmans have engaged any hostiles and searched the room for any contraband they are to give the all clear. A note- once the pointmans are in the team leader may also assist in the breach- following them in, the breacher however cannot. If there is another door the breacher will then enter to stack on the next door at the team leaders command repeating this cycle. If there is not another door to breach then the team leader will wrap it up and also the pointmans are to turn in any contraband found or destroy it on-sight depending on the time constraint.

14. What districts/areas are you allowed to enter at all times?
It may vary from city to city, but districts One through Five are often designated to Patrol Zones and are allowed in at all times.

15. What districts/areas are you only allowed to enter under certain circumstances? List the circumstances for each area.
District Seven-Shell beach, Grizzly Grotto. District Seven-Shell beach is only to be entered when it is open and the Grotto only when called or assigned there.

16. Which districts/areas are you never allowed to enter, period?
District Six or another name for it being the Construction Zone.

17. At what rank are you allowed to leave the nexus?
You are allowed to leave the Nexus at 05, tier one- however doing so with a partner is recommended.

18. What action do you take in the following situation:
You happen to be in the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a pulse-rifle everywhere. Citizens are screaming, a few officers are down, and the situation isn't looking good.

If this is the act of a minge then the first action would be to call an admin(@ command) in order to make sure they are aware that someone has their hands on a pulse-rifle(often impossible to get).
The rest of this will assume that he obtained the rifle legitimately.
Once the suspect is spotted I would take up cover and call in a 647A in the Plaza, a potentially 10-103m, then request a Judgment waiver due to the armed citizen.
I would then radio in a request 12-345A for the suspect and engage in combat, looking to lock the suspects movement until reinforcements arrive, however immediate amputation would be in order due to the downed Units anyways.
If the suspect starts running, shadowing him would be my next goal, reporting his location and keeping visual while engaging combat at needed times.

19. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
Do not copy and paste.

(Copy pasted(From my last App))
1. Find the suspect and move to their location.
2. Order the suspect to face the wall. If they refuse, call in backup or use your stunstick. If they run from you then you are allowed to fire at them.
3. Tie them, deal with resistance (ask in looc chat if they resist). (Once tied they can no longer run from you icly.)
4. Order an Apply and scan the citizens data using your datapad (/viewdata <name>). At this point it may also be advisable for the unit(or another unit) to search the suspect.
5. If the citizen is an anti-citizen then call back-up, if not then continue onto step 6.
6. Decide what punishment they are to have for the crime committed.
7. If detainment is chosen, bring them to a cell and wait with them for the designated number of cycles (a cycle is 5 mins). (Not remaining with them during detainment will result in a blackmark.)
8. Once their time has been served you order the suspect to face the wall of the cell.
9. Knock them unconscious using your stunstick.
10. Once they are unconscious you must then drag their body to a removal area and let them go once they wake up.

20. How does division ranking advancement work?
Slowly. By moving down the numbers from five to one, through primarily field promotions. There are four tiers total with five ranks in each(05-01), with two officer positions in each, OfC and CmD(after the 01 of that tier). Dvl or divisional is the final ranking of your division. CmD goes before DvL and EpU before that, but ONLY at the top of the division aka after 01 of the 4th tier.

21. At which rank are you allowed to authorize Judgement Waivers?
Only tier two units and above can authorize Judgement Waivers.

22. Which of the following situations would require a Judgement Waiver? Mark [Yes] or [No] next to each situation.

• A Metropolice Unit or City Administrator is murdered by a rogue unit or anti-citizen: [Yes]
• An anti-citizen fires a weapon anywhere within the city: [Yes]
• Unarmed Anti-Citizens are sighted or reported: [No]
• An uprising, or other form of rebel propaganda takes place: [Yes]
• A Metropolice Unit is assaulted WITHOUT a firearm: [No]

23. What rank are you allowed to use a pistol at?
At 04 of tier one are you allowed to use a pistol.

24. What happens if you use a pistol before this rank?
An automatic 2 Blackmarks will be given.

25. Do you understand how to use our Advanced Viewdata?
Yes I do.

26. What happens if you go rogue and get caught?
Most likely an amputation. From that you have the option to make another MPF Unit and go rogue- but if you are caught a second time you will be amputated again(PKed-permanently killed) and your whitelist removed.

27. Do you understand not to argue with other players?

28. What should you do if you find yourself in a disagreement with other players?
Back down and call and admin if the situation cannot be worked out on our own.

29. What are your past experiences in the Metropolice Force?
This is my first time as a Metropolice officer on a server-currently ranked as Jury.04:954.

30. Why should we accept your application?
Because you greened me.

31. Why should we accept your application over other player's applications?
Because you greened me.

32. What happens if you do not stay in-character, or try to mess-around and simply void it afterwards?
Whitelist removal and a possible ban depending on how badly I messed around.

33. Do you tend to complain a lot?

34. Do you have any close friends who play on the server, that could recommend you?
Sheep, Wheatly, Kittens,, Judge, Oktuberfest.
