Need Loyalist Perks. Better Rations isn't enough.

Red Tier - Basic Loyalist
Blue Tier - Receive two (2) ration packages from rations distribution, the ability to engage in sexual intercourse with a Citizen of the opposite sex, provided they are also Blue Tier, recieve 25% off CWU items, and Recieve a blue armband.
Green Tier - Ability to wipe all Criminal Points(ONE-TIME USE), A private, high-tier apartment, and recieve a Bronze Loyalist Badge, with a Green Armband.
Purple Tier - Ability to request a meeting with any administrator, even the CA, and also receive a Silver Loyalist Badge and a Purple Armband. Units must call Purple Tiers by "Sir" or "Ma'am". (CWU EXCLUSIVE: YOU RECEIVE THREE RATIONS AT RATION DISTRIBUTION.)
Gold Tier- Recieve a H&K Defense 9mm pistol-Biolocked. Losing it must be reported and detailed to obtain a new one.
-Just examples. We need something like this.

H&K will probably need to be biolocked for the Gold tier only.

This would be interesting, but the pistol should be bio locked.
