1. How long have you been a part of Vortex Roleplay?
A few months, I don't really know.

2. What would you generalize to be your total playtime on Vortex?
A couple of hours, again, I don't know.

3. How long have you been roleplaying in general?
A year or three, on other RPing games too.

4. Do you consider yourself to be efficient at roleplaying?
Yes.

3. Why do you want to be a part of our Metropolice Force?
I already am, I am re-applying since there is this minge purge thing.

These are the tips at the top of the application.
Yes.

5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
That you may not go rogue above rank 04.

Yes I have.

8. What does 10-4 mean?
It means OK

9. What does 11-22a mean?
That you've found a light contraband item

11. Give an example of a moderate contraband item.
A radio.

12. What is the level of crime for having possession of a moderate contraband item?
What would the punishment be for that level of crime?
A level three crime, punishment would be 2-3 cycles in detainment, and 4-6 penatly points.

13. How does the standard breach and clear protocol work?

The Breacher stands on the left side of the door and/or opening.
1 PT1 and 2 stand on the right side of the door, PT1 first.
2 The Team Leader must stand a ways from the door, and must first say "Stack" then "Prep" and then "Inject" before the breacher can shoot/kick the door.
3 When the breacher kicks/shoots the door, PT2 enters first, facing the right side of the room. The breacher must not enter unless required for a second breaching.
4 PT1 is to remain right on his tail, following him in and looking for hostiles on the left side of the room.
When all hostiles are eliminated and/or neutralized, PT1 or 2 call all clear.

14. What districts/areas are you allowed to enter at all times?
Districts 1-5

15. What districts/areas are you only allowed to enter under certain circumstances? List the circumstances for each area.
Grizzly Grotto: When responding to calls.
District 7: When it's open to citizens.

16. Which districts/areas are you never allowed to enter, period?
District 6.

17. At what rank are you allowed to leave the nexus?
T1 05

18. What action do you take in the following situation:
You happen to be in the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a pulse-rifle everywhere. Citizens are screaming,
a few officers are down, and the situation isn't looking good.
I would call for backup, and then try to shoot him down. (S2Ming of course)

19. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
Do not copy and paste.
1 Spot the violator.
2 Order them to face a wall... or force them to if they don't comply.
3 Tie them.
4 Tell them to apply, and then view their data with your datapad.
5 Call for backup if they are an anti-citizen.
6 Decide what their punishment should be.
7 Subdue them with your stunstick if they are to be detained, and bring them to a Nexus cell.
8 After the period is over, order them to face a wall.
9 Knock them unconscious.
10 Drag their body outside the Nexus, wait for them to wake up, then untie them.

20. How does division ranking advancement work?
You start at RCT, and attend training, when you rank up to 05 T1, you need to chose a division
After you choose a division, you rank up by attending more trainings, or you getting promoted (Kinda rare)
Once you advance from 01 of any tier, you may become a OfC of tier, and then CmD after. Or just move on to the next tier.
Once you advance from 01 T4, you become a OfC of that tier, and then CmD. But on the fourth tier only, you can become a DvL after you advance from CmD. As DvL, you control the whole division that you are in.

21. At which rank are you allowed to authorize Judgement Waivers?
Tier 2

I was a unit before the minge purge. That's it.

Because I've already been accepted (minge purge), and I feel that I'm a good roleplayer.

I believe I'm good at RP, and I regularly play on Vortex

Yes, I can.

I usually get on once a day if I'm on the PC, if I'm not on my PC I'm probably busy playing Dark Souls on console, or the like.

Character Backstory: Kensy grew up with her family as a child, and attended normal schools, with normal kids. When she finished highschool, she went to College, and then to University, all for a Medical Degree. But as she was in the middle of University, everything soon fell apart. Her parents died, leaving her with no money to support her going to University. Kensy was devistated. She dropped out of University, and quickly ran out of money. On her own, Kensy roamed the streets for quite some time, not having anything to do. Homeless, with any food or shelter. Then everything changed...

The combine invaded, they took her... well they didn't take anything really, she had nothing to be taken. They transported her to a place called City 17. Kensy didn't make much friends, and usually just narrowly escaped trouble.

But one day, she couldn't escape it anymore. Two men had cornered her, after she had stole ones flashlight, she didn't expect them to ask nicely for her to give it back. "Oh, we're gonna her chu' reaaal bad," one muttered. He unzipped his pants, and pulled them down. Leaving his underwear on, he pulled an old rusty shiv out of his shoe...

The man suddenly lunged at Kensy! He attemped to thrust the shiv into her stomach, but luckily Kensy quickly dodged him. Surprised, the man stopped for a second. Kensy took this chance, and quickly grabbed the shiv out of his hand. Kensy thrust it into his groin, "ARHG!" the man screamed. His friend tried to charge Kensy, and help the other man, but Kensy wouldn't that that happen. She quickly thrust the knife into the charging mans neck, leaving him choking on his own blood, and lying on the ground.
She dropped the shiv, turning around to the man she had stabbed first. "Oh, I'm going to hurt you reaaaal bad," she whispered. Kensy dropped the shiv, and punched the man in the nose. He fell down. She then jumped on him, and started to punch him repeatedly, until his face was a bloody mush...

Kensy had rather enjoyed that encounter, she enjoyed the way the men screamed, and the way the one mans head fell into a pile of mush, she enjoyed it very much indeed... As she got back into the Plaza, Kensy noticed a sign. It read "Join today! A true citizen knows their duty!" Applications were open, she enjoyed that more.
