The day when darkness ended the Combine 1/3

As the sky turns dark, as the sun slowly disappears, He knew it was time...

It was time for war.

Part 1

Joe Wright Was hoping for the day to come. As Joe walked through the empty sidewalk, he knew that he may die at the battle with the other rebels, but what else can he do? Bail out and see his friends as nothing more than corpses? He joined the rebel for one thing, and that is to see the combine dead. After reaching to the slumps he looked around to make sure that he was not followed. He then jumped down to the large pipe leading to the sewers. He took his flashlight and turned it on so he would be able to see from the darkness. He hated the smell but it was the only way to reach to his friends. After reaching to the 2 Dr. breen water vending machine, he inserts a token, presses a few buttons and taps the vending the machine at the side twice. After that the front of the vending machine opened leading to the rebels secret HQ. "There he is!" yells Marc. Marc "ghost" brown was Joe's best friends since they were about 5 years old, long before the 7 hour war that happened on earth. The 7 hour was a battle against the combine that ended for about 7 hours (obviously). "whats up Marc" says Joe "I heard you were lifting a few weight." Mar replied "Well you heard right my friend. Its good to see you man!" Marc walks to the counter and showing the guns they have. 5 MP-7, 3 spas-12, 7 USP match, 2 crossbow, and 1 RPG launcher. "Chose your poison." says Marc. Joe walks to the counter and picks up a USP match and MP-7. "Nice choice" says Marc "Are you ready Joe?""Yup." says Joe "Then lets go my friend, let's start the battle."
