Eh, everyday, for at least 4 hours.

3. Why do you want to be a part of our Metropolice Force?

I won't failRP. I want to give players a proper experience with a MPF unit.

You cannot go rogue at 03 and up. Only 05's, 04's, and RCT's may go rogue.

12. What is the level of crime for having possession of a moderate contraband item?
What would the punishment be for that level of crime?

Possession of moderate contraband is a level three crime, and is punished with 2-3 cycle in detainment.

13. How does the standard breach and clear protocol work?

The standard breach and clear protocol has 4 units. Team Leader (TL), the breacher, Pointman one and two (P1 & P2).
Team Leader is decided by the highest ranking unit in the breach. TL will call the commands "Stack," "Prep," and "Inject" commands.
The TL is positioned in front of the door being breached. The breacher is poistioned near the handle on the door. P1 and P2 are positioned on the opposite side of the breacher.
The TL will call "Stack," then the units will get into their positions. Then the TL will call "Prep," and the units will get prepared to breach the room. When the TL finally calls "Inject," the breacher will shoot the handle (or kick down the door). Once the breacher does so, P2 will enter first, moving to the right side of the room. P1 will follow P2 into the room, but instead moves to the left side. The pointmen will say the all clear once an entire room is cleared.
It is optional if the TL enters the room once it is all clear. The breacher will NOT enter the room, unless he is needed for a secondary breach.

14. What districts/areas are you allowed to enter at all times?

D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5.

15. What districts/areas are you only allowed to enter under certain circumstances? List the circumstances for each area.

D7 = Only if it is open for citizens.
Grizzly Grotto = Only when responding to calls.

16. Which districts/areas are you never allowed to enter, period?

D6, A.K.A Construction Zone.

17. At what rank are you allowed to leave the nexus?

04 and up.

18. What action do you take in the following situation:
You happen to be in the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a pulse-rifle everywhere. Citizens are screaming,
a few officers are down, and the situation isn't looking good.

First, I would call for backup.

19. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
Do not copy and paste.

First, I would move in to the criminals position.
Then, order them to face the nearest wall. If they don't comply, I can use my stunstick or call for backup.
I would tie them, asking them if they resist in the /me or in LOOC.
I would make the citizen apply, doing /viewdata, along with a /me.
If they're an anti-citizen, I would call for backup.
I would then decide the punishment based on the crime committed.
If they're being detained, I would bring them to a cell and stay with them for the time they're in detainment.
Once the detainment is over, I order them to face the nearest wall.
I then knock the citizen unconscious with my stunstick.
I drag their body within the city perimeters, waiting for them to regain consciousness. Once they have regained consciousness, I would untie them.

20. How does division ranking advancement work?

An RCT goes through training, and decides (for example) to choose UNION.
The RCT is then UNION:05.
The UNION then goes through some more trainings, and advances a rank. The UNION:05 would then become UNION:04, because ranks go backwards from 05 to 01.
The UNION goes through multiple trainings, up to 01, and has a choice to either become a UNION OfC, then becoming a CmD, or advance to the next tier, STORM:05.
This will continue, still having the choice to become an OfC after each 01.
Eventually, once the unit is a GHOST, the unit will have reached the last tier. Once the unit advances from GHOST:01, the unit will become OfC, as the unit has reached the final tier of it's division. The unit will advance from OfC to CmD, then DvL finally. But the unit can only become a DvL if there is not one already.

Tier 2+

I learn from my mistakes, and I am a very active player. I will attempt to keep the ratio balanced.

I will try my best to not break any rules, or give players an unpleasant experience.

You will get a whitelist removal.

I tend to complain sometimes, but not very frequently.

Yes, I do have some friends who could recommend me.

Honestly, I can most of the time. There's some times I feel a need to seek action.

Character Backstory: Emily was raised in London. It was beautiful there... She had a great life. Wonderful job, perfect boyfriend, all that good stuff. Then came the Combine. They enslaved the human race. They slaughtered humans.

A little while after the combine took over Earth, Emily was sick of being pushed around. She was constantly beaten, she witnessed the OTA murder innocents... She hated them... Emily then saw the alternative. Rebel. She attempted to join the rebellion, but it ended with her getting thrown off a bridge. Emily thought the rebels were cruel afterwards. She decided to join the MPF. You probably think she did because she hated rebels now, but you'd be wrong. She joined the MPF because of the benefits. The MPF were fed better, treated better...

How did she join? Well, most likely how everyone else did. She saw a recruitment in the newspaper. That was her chance. Now, she sent in her application. She is awaiting acceptance, or denial...

She got a letter back. She tore open the letter, and saw a slip of paper, facing away from her. She flipped over the paper, showing her that she has been...
