1. How long have you been a part of Vortex Roleplay?
For about 2 to 2.5 months.


2. What would you generalize to be your total playtime on Vortex?
Around 200 hours.


3. How long have you been roleplaying in general?
Since September, 2013. (SeriousRP)
October, 2011 (Non-CW/Serious RP RP gamemodes)

4. Do you consider yourself to be efficient at roleplaying?
Most of the times.


3. Why do you want to be a part of our Metropolice Force?
First, I spend most of my time MPF roleplaying, and I want to help the Union by doing my regular/non-regular tasks and doing my duty properly.


4. Have you read all of the Informative Guidelines?
These are the tips at the top of the application.

5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
You cannot go rogue after the rank of 04.

Of course.


8. What does 10-4 mean?
Okay.


9. What does 11-22a mean?
Light Contraband.


10. List the weapons you'd be allowed to checkout at the following rank: 03, Second Tier.
USP 9mm Pistol, MP7 sub-machine gun, and all grenades except for M54 Frag Grenade.


11. Give an example of a moderate contraband item.
Basic weapons such as pistols and/or machine guns.


12. What is the level of crime for having possession of a moderate contraband item?
What would the punishment be for that level of crime?
Level 3 Crime.
Verdict: 2-3 Cycles in detainment, 4-6 penalty points.

13. How does the standard breach and clear protocol work?
A Squad Leader stands in front of the door and calls out commands such as Inject, Zone, etc.
He might or might not enter the room after it's been checked.
Breacher stands to the left of the door. He shoots down the door lock after Squad Leader said "Inject."
Breacher should not enter the room unless needed for second breach.
Pointmen should stand to the right of the door and wait until Breacher shoots the door lock. After that, Pointman #2 should go to the right of the room, and then following him, Pointman #1 should go to the left of the room. After they are finished, they should say Cleared or Reporting Clear.

14. What districts/areas are you allowed to enter at all times?
Districts 1-5.


15. What districts/areas are you only allowed to enter under certain circumstances? List the circumstances for each area.
Grizzly Grotto (Only if responding to calls/reports)
District 7 (Shell Beach) (Only when opened to all citizens)

16. Which districts/areas are you never allowed to enter, period?
District 6.


17. At what rank are you allowed to leave the nexus?
05+.


18. What action do you take in the following situation:
You happen to be in the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a pulse-rifle everywhere. Citizens are screaming,
a few officers are down, and the situation isn't looking good.
First, I would take cover and try not to get spotted as long as possible.
Second, I would use my radio to report the situation (10-99, 11-48b, 11-49, 11-47 if citizens are injured, 11-41, 647A)
Third, after the backup arrives, me and other units will try to neutrolize the suspect.
Last, I would arrest/amputate the armed citizen and add information to his CID.

19. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
Do not copy and paste.
1. Move to criminal's location.
2. Tell them to face the wall. If they do not comply, call for backup
3. Tie them. (Always /me it. Ask if they want to resist or not.)
4. Tell them to apply.
5. Call for backup if he/she is an anti-citizen.
6. Decide on the verdict.
7. If their verdict ISN'T re-education, bring him/her to the cell and stay with him/her for the duration of detainment cycle(s). Tell all units that you're 10-16 (transporting prisoner) via your radio.
8. After their detainment cycle(s) are over, tell them to face the wall.
9. Knock him/her unconscious with your stunstick.
10. Transport him/her to the city limits. Untie them. Stay with the prisoner until he is conscious.

20. How does division ranking advancement work?
You start off as a RCT.
You have to go through trainings to get promoted, and sometimes, you don't get promoted on them.
After you got promoted from RCT, you can choose your division.
From that on, you are going to be promoted from 05-01 in each Tier. There's 4 Tiers in each division.
After you got promoted from 01, you can decide to become OfC/CmD of that division or to proceed to next tier. You become Tier 3/2/1, 05.
That cycle repeats until you get promoted at Tier 1, 01.
Since there's no other tiers left, you have to be Tier 1 OfC.
If there's no Divisional Leaders in your division, you can become one.
Also, if you got promoted to Tier 3, you can choose to join the SAVAGE Division-they are responcible for trainings.

21. At which rank are you allowed to authorize Judgement Waivers?
Tier Two or above.


22. Which of the following situations would require a Judgement Waiver? Mark [Yes] or [No] next to each situation.

• A Metropolice Unit or City Administrator is murdered by a rogue unit or anti-citizen: [YES]

23. What rank are you allowed to use a pistol at?

Tier 4, 04.

24. What happens if you use a pistol before this rank?

You get two blackmarks, several beatings, and another warning.

25. Do you understand how to use our Advanced Viewdata?

Yes, I do, and I was one of the first people that used it properly before the Advanced Viewdata Guide.

26. What happens if you go rogue and get caught?

You have to ask an admin kill that character permamently and remove your MPF whitelist.

27. Do you understand not to argue with other players?

Yes, I do.

28. What should you do if you find yourself in a disagreement with other players?

Request an admin via @ char or PM.

29. What are your past experiences in the Metropolice Force?

I've been an MPF unit on this community for about month and a half, and I enjoy it.


30. Why should we accept your application?
Because I am a very active community member, plus, I am very experienced at being an MPF unit.


31. Why should we accept your application over other player's applications?
Just like I said above, I am a very active commnuty member, and I play on the server reguarly.
I know all of the procedures, and I'm still studying all of them.
Plus, I am very renown on Vortex Roleplay and most of the players know me.

32. What happens if you do not stay in-character, or try to mess-around and simply void it afterwards?

You get banned, and sometimes, you get a whitelist removal.


33. Do you tend to complain a lot?

No, I don't.

34. Do you have any close friends who play on the server, that could recommend you?

About 80% of all members of Vortex Roleplay know me, and most of them can recommend me.

35. Can you passively roleplay, using detailed actions?

/me walks to the citizens location slowly while pulling out her stunstick from her belt.
/me flicks it on the highest voltage, making it extremely dangerous for anybody who touches it.
/me hits the citizen few times with great energy and strength.

36. Do you have a basic knowledge and understanding of Half-Life 2 lore?

Yes, I have basic and advanced knowledge of Half-Life 2 lore, and I played all of the Half-Life games.

37. How active are you on the server?

I spend about 2-4 hours on it on Monday-Friday and about 2-8 hours on weekends.

38. How well can you follow instructions?

I can follow all of the instuctions correctly without any problems if instructions were clear to me.

39. Do you plan on being a loyal player?

Yes, and I've proved that I'm a loyal player for last months.

Previous locations of residence before city seventeen: City 13.

Character Backstory: Cheyenne Gray was born in 1990 in Washington. She lived in Middle-Class family. Her father, James, was a millitary pilot at the nearest millitary base.
Her mother was a nurse at the hospital.

Cheyenne was a very intelligent student, and as a result of her intelligence, she was promoted to special educational program. After 12 years since her first day of school, she graduated. She was enrolled in the nearest college.

When she enrolled in the college, her mother died because of the heart attack.

When 8-hour war started, her professor tried to resist the Combines. He was killed instantly. Cheyenne didn't try to resist. Her father died when he was fighting combines.

In City 13, Cheyenne tried her best to be loyal to MPF, because she knew that it would benefit her. She was extremely brainwashed by propaganda, even though she wasn't an impressionable person. She tried to keep it from other citizens, because if someone knew that she's loyal to MPF, she would be in danger.

She met a lot of friends there. Some of them were loyal to MPF, just like her, and some of them that wanted to resist MPF, and eventually, got amputated.

One of the Coalition members heard that she was a loyalist, and he wanted to kill her, because she would've reported them. He failed to murder her, and then he got caught and interegated. Cheyenne got sent out of the City 13 so that she would be safe from coalition.
