3. Why do you want to play as a City Scanner?
Mainly that I know it to be a good experience, and that I rarely see an scanners on, so I would like to put myself up for it.

Yes.


5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
That you are a programmed device to just follow protocol
You also need to speak as an OTA unit would

Yes


7. What should you do if you find yourself in a disagreement with other players?
Try sort it out maturely, if I find myself unable to, leave it to an admin to sort.


8. Why should we accept your application?
There seems to be a lack of Scanners going around the city so I want to put myself up to take the place.

Yes.

Yes, excessive, I would like to believe.

5 hours a day. Maybe more.

13. Give an example of how to roleplay as a city scanner, using the /me command.
/me would focus his cameras lense in on the citizen, taking a picture.
/me would send out a bright flash of light to make the picture clearer. He would then make odd beeping noises and move off.
