THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S GUIDE


The Basics

You'll need to be friendly, get yourself on good terms with the citizens by doing regular broadcasts. Make them feel safer, act like a close friend. Try to answer their questions, depending on what questions they have. Be sure that you always address and represent the Union. If they see you as a friend, and the Union is a friend of yours, then they're likely to follow.


Rules

» You will need to stay in the confines of your office, or the Citadel at all times. You may only exit the Citadel for a scheduled live meeting, evacuation, et cetera.

» You may not leave the Citadel without at least two Overwatch soldiers guarding you at all times.

» You are not a citizen, do not act cute or roam around the city.

» You may climb into the Citadel's watch tower. However, do not go any further.



Broadcasts

Broadcasts are something that you may do on a regular basis, in order to deliver a message or broadcast to the citizens. Broadcasts should be well thought out, and friendly. Citizens may turn in letters to the Metropolice Force, which will be delivered to your office. Do not read aloud any negative or anti-Union letters. You may answer letters regarding the citizen's concerns about the Union, but try to answer them indirectly.
