I feel that it is a unique faction that is not utilized very oftain.

OTA's are emotionless.

6. What do you do in this situation. A judgement waiver is called, and your fellow Overwatch units are heading to the slums, just like ordered. You, however, happen to still be in the plaza.

I was given the orders, I must follow them promptly. I would follow my orders and move to the slums.

Backstory:

Victor was born and raised in Southern Springs, Utah. As a child, Victor worked at the auto-parts store with his dad. During the Seven Hour war, Victor took shelter in his home. A group of bandits broke the door off it's hinges and looted his home. When Victor retaliated, his kid was taken. Victor tracked the men back to their base and proceeded to kill the men, only to find out his child was dead. Victor vowed he would find any injustice and bring it to it's knees. He was forced to relocate to City 17 where he began his mission and applied for the MPF.

-Support I think you can work on the backstory a bit. Also, you forgot to fill in how many loyalist points you have. If you fix those I will give you a +Support

Theres no loyalist points because he isn't a loyalist or Anti-Citizen, so it is N/A

Okay that makes sense. But I still think the backstory could use some more detail.
