/me Takes tokens and slowly walks back to store to get the citizens item.

Capitalization really does matter. Change all those 'i's to 'I's. Other that that, you should add onto Question 6 and 7. On the subject of Question 7, start with the citizen asking for something. Include everything that would realistically happen, including the citizen's actions.
