I want to play as a City Scanner because I want another branch off the UNION and support the MPF with information.

I have learned that you MUST have an MPF character before making an application.

I believe I have proved that I am a pretty decent RPer with my MPF character and my Citizen.

*RADIO*: "10-91D; LEAVING DISTRICT 6;"

/me follows the citizen snapping another picture, uploading it to the database

Citizen: /me turns around trying to grab the scanner

/me would swoop up snapping a picture of the citizen jumping, uploading it to the database
