I have been playing on this server for about one hour.

2. Do you know how to properly roleplay?
Yes, I have good RP experience on this gamemode and know how to properly RP.

3. Why do you want to join the Metropolice Force?
The reason that I would like to join the MPF is because it provides a new and exciting type of roleplay.

4. Have you read all of the application guidelines?
Yes, I have read all of the application guidelines.

5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
I have learned how to properly submit this application and what to put on it.

6. Did you read and study all of the Metropolice Force guides?
Yes. I went as far as printing the guide out.

7. Give an example of something that you learned from a Metropolice Force Guide.
Some things I have learned from the guide are the ranks, the proper way to detain, the radio codes, and terms.

8. What do you do in this situation. You walk into the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a weapon everywhere. Citizens are screaming, and it isn't looking good.
The first thing I would do is call for backup to get assistance. Then, I would attempt to disarm the suspect. I would proceed to detain him, and he would be charged with Posession of moderate contraband, Threatening the life of another human being, Uncivil behavior, and possible 10-103M. After this, detain him and have him amputated.

9. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
1. Locate the suspect.
2. Put him on the wall.
3. Tie the suspect.
4. Make the suspect apply.
5. Call for backup if the suspect is an anti-citizen.
6. Decide the punishment (This will be decided based on the crime.)
7. If they are to be detained, put them in a cell and wait near it until their time is up.
8. Make them face the wall once their time is up.
9. Knock them out.
10. Release them into the city.

Call a staff member immediately to help solve the problem.

Yes. I have (on another server) 2 MPF's. One is an APEX (They interrogate and amputate on that server) and the other is a UNION.

I have worked hard on writing this and reading the guides. I also feel like I would be a good MPF roleplayer.

I have previous MPF experience, am dedicated, and plan on being loyal to the server.

Character Backstory: Before the takeover, Joe had a job as a janitor for a supermarket before moving out of his parent's house and into his own. After settling into his new home, he became a carpenter. When he wasn't on the job, he was at home playing games on his computer or hanging out with his friends. He always liked to help people out, too. But, the day of the takeover changed everything in his life.
    A few months later, he was moved to City 23. His personality changed quick after being in a long interrogation involving some loyalists that accused each other of something for loyalist points. He almost got killed, but instead, they got killed right next to him, and he was knocked out and dropped in the plaza. He was later transferred to City 17, where he decided to apply for the MPF.
