We need more SAVAGE units. Or a schedule.

A lot of RCT's, including myself, ask for training. And I know it infuriates people! but we need something. RCT's really wouldn't be asking if we had a schedule, or SAVAGE units. I propose we employ atleast 2-3 active SAVAGES, or put a training schedule on the MPF guide. Even if the schedule is twice a week, it will give people time to prepare. This will keep a lot of units from pulling their hair out, and a lot better experience for everyone. Thanks!

Savages also need to come from Tier 3+ divisions.
Just electing people isn't good enough.
They aren't experienced in what they need to train.

As much as I am happy for replying, "When they are ready" is the problem. A schedule can fix this, even if the schedule is to take place two weeks after it is made, to give the staff time to prepare.

Hm, well, a SAVAGE unit can only be done by giving up your tier 3 rank, which I don't suppose many units are willing to do. However, this would be useful for the time being until we got some tier 3 units willing to go SAVAGE.

Gotta agree that trainings are rare as hell, even though I know I missed one today. I kinda wish RCTs could go out or something, it's rather annoying to have a unit that you want to RP on, but you cannot do anything because you are not trained yet.

And yes, I completely agree with pre-scheduled trainings. That way me and the other RCTs can prepare and make time for the trainings, rather than to get informed on steam "Oh lol you missed another one"

I agree with the schedule because I think we should have set training times we won't forget.

The only units I know who could do SAVAGE would be 954 or 258, but if i'm not mistaken 954 is striving for a DvL or OfC position. When I get back on I will train some RCT, but who knows when that will be. Units are really the only ones who can solve this unless we want to random-promote some people, which I think is a little stupid.

Also, RCT training is soon to not be an issue as MPF applications are now closed.

We could get some tier 2's that are devoted and active, to make alts, and temporarily make them SAVAGE. Random promoting, yes. But they can be SAVAGE until we get a system in order.

Well, I am pleased we shut it down. We can train up the last of RCT's, and get a schedule in order. Good compromise. When we reopen Apps, we should be in order.

I would have no problem becoming a savage unit. I really don't care about getting high up in the ranks.

954 Reporting in. As much as I would love to become Savage Court needs a OfC of any kind. But I know 672 is going for savage. And I also have a another unit that I want to make savage. I'm skilled enough to do it and I want to take on that roll.

1. Guys-STOP ASKING FOR GOD DAMN TRAININGS. If you want a blackmark or a demotion (or even a whitelist removal) then go ahead.
2.We don't have a lot of Tier 3 units.
