1. How old are you?

I am 17 years old..


2. How long have you been playing on the server?

About four months now.

3. Why do you want to be a staff member?

I want to be a staff member because we seem under staffed at the moment and I'm on most days. So I feel like I can alleviate some of the extra stress and work our current staff have to deal with.

4. What factions are you currently whitelisted for?

I currently only have a MPF whitelist.

5. How well known are you on the server?

Quite a few people on the server know me and are my friends, staff included.

6. Do other players on the server like you?

I would like to think so, yes. I try to come off as a the nice happy person I am.

7. Have you ever been banned?

No.

8. Have you ever been kicked?

No.

9. Have you ever been warned?

Yes, once because I told a staff member that they were acting like they were better than me just because they had the power to so they warned me not to talk back. EDIT: that staff has since been removed and ban. Talking about Sir Trolled.

10. Why should we choose you as an operator?

I think you should choose me as an operator because I've had a lot of past experience staffing many servers. After roll playing for the past 2 1/2 years I've been a part of countless servers and staffed most that I've been a part of.

11. Have you helped anyone on the server yet?

Yes! I've helped new players with commands, linked people to the forums, and helped people apply for various applications.

12. Have you ever helped someone on the server? Give an example if so.

As stated previously, yes I have. The last person I helped didn't understand the chat function at all. I tought him how to, one talk to begin with, what was considered proper grammar, what OOC and LOOC was, and how to appropriately /me.

13. Why are you more mature than other players?

I feel I am more mature than other players because I don't get mad easily, and because of that I can see situations from a more objective point of view.

14. Are any of your characters important?

I would like to think my civilian is important as she is a member of one of the man resistances. My 03 is I believe the highest ranking SPECTER currently.

15. Are you active on the server?

Yes, I've been on at least six out of the seven days in a week for the past few months.

16. Will you be able to be active a lot?

I already commit most of my time to the server so I'll be on just as much if not more.

17. What do you do in this situation:

Two players are arguing in OOC, one is angry because the other stole his ration before he could get a chance to pick it up. You have no clue where the players are at the moment.

I would go into observer, figure out where they are in the map, go to them, figure out each persons side to the story, if I can solve it without separating them, if not separate them, and then resolve the situation based on the evidence given by the two parties.

18. What do you do in this situation:

A citizen is mingepunching a civil protection officer, he isn't listening to what they explain to him in LOOC, and he continues.

Pull the minge away, warn them. If they continue kick them with a warning. If they still continue then ban them for a short time with a reason why they were ban.

19. A citizen sneaks up on a unit while they were preoccupied, and hit the unit on the head with some sort of object. The unit is upset because the citizen did not roll. Who is right, and why?

Currently no one is "right". This is because 1. Yes the citizen didn't roll, and 2. The CP got upset rather than just asking him to re do it with a roll. The best thing to do in that situation is to redo the event with a roll from the citizen.


20. A group of citizen attacks an overwatch unit with no weapons whatsoever. The overwatch unit overpowers them and amputates all of them on the spot. The citizens are upset that they didn't have a chance to win, or that the overwatch unit didn't play to loose. Who is in the right and why?

This one is tricky. I'd have to give it to the citizens however. Granted the Overwatch has the firepower and protection, the citizens out number him and would have at lest been able to get the weapon away from the Overwatch. It's sorta like when an army of ants take down a snake or a mouse.

21. A citizen climbs into the City Administrator's mail cute with the help of another citizen. They're both a bit bored, and feel like messing around. What do you do?

I would first see if they are actually interested in role playing or just want to minge around. If they want to actually role play I would go engage in some with them. And if not then I would warn them to stop their minging. If they continue proper punishment will ensue.


22. What can you offer to our community?

I believe I can offer the community a fair, unbiased, and polite operator who is more interested in helping develop and maintain the community rather than just helping myself create god characters. Not to mention I'm on most days so I can help with the standard staff stuff.

23. Do you tend to mess around a lot in LOOC chat? This includes but is not limited to the following:
"XD" "LELELELEL" "LOLVOID" "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

I like using LOOC yes, but messing around in the above examples hell no! I may make a joke or two but never spam it with an all caps mess that only breaks immersion, the only time is use LOOC is if someone already stared using it or if I have a question or want to tell people to stop using it for messages such as the ones in the example above.

24. Do you tend to do crazy things, and then void them right after?

No...Just no. That is a serious pet peeve of mine and gets under my skin when people do that trying to be "funny".

25. Do you get upset if you do not get your way?

No I don't, especially on this server where it seems like everything is more slow paced and relaxed.

26. Will you get angry if you do something wrong, and a higher staff member corrects you?

Only if by correcting me they over extend themselves by calling me names or acting like because I messed up that they are instantly better because they never mess up. Otherwise no, I like constructive criticism.

27. Why do you like the server? Why is it unique to you?

I like the server because it's obvious that people have put a lot of time and effort into making it what it is now. In my opinion I think it's one of the most polished and well kept servers I've seen in a long while. This and the custom content keeps everything fresh and exciting. The server seems to not be afraid of change and that's it's best feature in my opinion.

Not only is she a fantastic roleplayer, but she is also one of the more mature people I've encountered during my time on Garry's Mod.Her patience is matched by only a few I believe. She's very loyal to the community, and if anyone deserves Operator it's her.

A lot of times the admins are caught up and unavailable to deal with reports. Another OP could be what we need.

Sparklez also seems able to handle it.

Now, i'm not giving this +SUPPORT because of "roleplay experience" or anything like that. Obviously, most people who apply for operator can roleplay great. I'm giving my support for two reasons. Maturity and trust. I don't feel I need to elaborate on this, people who know Sparkles personally obviously understand.
