Grizzly Grotto Application

Who are you?:
I am VenomousOutcast a current user of the great community Vortex Roleplay.
What are you applying for?:
I am currently attempting to take the Grizzly Grotto under my characters hands, Ryan Booker, and use it as a everyday interesting place in Industrial Seventeen.
What benefit would this have?:
First, it would add a great place for roleplayers to relax and have a U.U beer occasionally and it would be a great learning curve for other players to learn how to roleplay. Another reason this would be a good idea is it would add a great "bar" adding a good feeling and environment to the City.
Do you know how to roleplay?:
Indeed I do, I know how to roleplay with every faction and I know all knowledge on their lore. (Not including animals.)
How long have you'd played HL2RP?:
I have been playing HL2RP for nearly over two years now. I have also played on many other servers, but I have never tried doing something similar to this.
What will be happening in the Grizzly Grotto?:
-Job Openings (Application Style)
-Events (Making us of the Spotlight and the Piano)
-Selling Drinks (U.U Approved)
-Selling Food (U.U Approved)
-"Fully" bringing use of the bar
-Fights, Brawls, Mischief (Normal bar stuff)

Why do you want the location listed?:
I would like to own the Grizzly Grotto to sell U.U products to other citizens in need of them. I would also attempt to receive a loyal status to my Union by serving my benefactors becoming a CWU in a way.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea, since pretty much the Grotto is uh.. a Rebel bar?

Well, I mean rebels don't sit on the tables and talk about their next move.

Well, it makes no difference cause I never see them and they will have no impact if we actually utilize the bar like it's supposed to.. Also, it's not a big deal if they find another hiding spot.. :/

I'm just not okay with it since UU beer is dumb and tastes like shit IC, along with that area generally being off-limits to units especially a CWU worker. The worker would be rejected and killed instantly, probably by me or some others. I mean, it's a good idea, it just won't work.

Well, we'll see what Sheep has to say.. He did say to me someone else did it in the past, so maybe I can I thought and that's why I made this .-.
