APPLICATION:

Steam Name: Officer Officer of the Law

Steam Profile Link:http://steamcommunity.com/id/201230

Steam ID:STEAM_0:0:43706772

1. How long have you been a part of Vortex Roleplay?

I have just started playing on the server, so far my experiences have been nice, and I shall

stay with the server a long time.

2. What would you generalize to be your total playtime on Vortex?

2-6 hours (At the time of the posting of this application)

3. How long have you been roleplaying in general?

I had first started roleplaying back on a MMO that is known as "Roblox". I played medieval and

sci-fi roleplay games on Roblox. I had lots of fun with them, and sometimes to this day I

still visit them.

I then moved on to Halff Life 2 roleplays, and learned new, advanced ways to roleplay.

My total time would be around 4 years.

4. Do you consider yourself to be efficient at roleplaying?

Although I have been kicked/banned from a couple servers on Roblox because I "Cheated" the

roleplay in a way, I would consider myself to be efficient at roleplaying.

3. Why do you want to be a part of our Metropolice Force?

I want to distribute justice to the rebels, and keep the city safe. I also want to punish

citizens who break the rules and are disobedient.

4. Have you read all of the Informative Guidelines?
These are the tips at the top of the application.

I have read all the informative guidelines at the top of the application.

5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?

I have learned that I still have feelings as an officer, and not to laugh at the death of

citizens. I did not think this at first.

6. There are a total of ___ informative guidelines.

There are 17 informative guidelines.

7. Did you read and study the Metropolice Force Guide?

I have fully read the metropolice force guide.

8. What does 10-4 mean?

10-4 means "Okay"

9. What does 11-22a mean?

11-22a means "Light Contraband"

10. List the weapons you'd be allowed to checkout at the following rank: 03, Second Tier.

1. Basic USP Match 9mm Pistol
2. MP7 Tactical Sub-Machine Gun
3. M67 Advanced Smoke Grenade
4. C89 Flash Grenade

11. Give an example of a moderate contraband item.

Some resistance gear, a radio, or basic weapons are moderate contraband items.

12. What is the level of crime for having possession of a moderate contraband item?
What would the punishment be for that level of crime?

Possession of a moderate contraband item is a level three crime, and is punished with 2-3

cycles in detainment, and 4-6 penalty points.

13. How does the standard breach and clear protocol work?

The breacher stands on the left side of the door, waiting for the inject command. The breacher

does not enter unless needed for a secondary breach.

The Team Leader calls the stack, prep, and inject commands. When the room is cleared, it is

optional whether he enters or not.

After the door is breached, pointman two will enter, first, into the right side of the room.

Pointman one will be right behind pointman two, moving in to clear the left side. When an

entire room is clear, the pointmen call the all clear.

14. What action do you take in the following situation:
You happen to be in the plaza, and an armed citizen is firing a pulse-rifle everywhere.

Citizens are screaming,
a few officers are down, and the situation isn't looking good.

Call the codes : 10-78, 11-49, 10-18, 10-99

15. Explain the ten step process of properly detaining someone. It's on the guide.
Do not copy and paste.

First, you spot the criminal and move to their position.
Second, order them to face the nearest wall. If they do not, call for backup or use your stunstick.
Third, Tie them and make sure to ask them via LOOC or /me whether they resist.
Fourth, Have them apply and scan their data using /viewdata, and /me it.
Fifth, if they are an anticitizen, call for backup. If not, move to step six.
Sixth, Decide what punishment they should get for their crime.
Seventh, if you detain them, bring them to a cell and then stay with them for the detainment period.
Eighth, once their period is over, order them to face the cell wall.
Ninth, Knock the citizen out with your stunstick
Tenth, Drag their body to a remove area in the city, and set them free. When they get up, untie them.

16. How does division ranking advancement work?

You start up as a recruit and go through training, and then choose your division.

You start out at being a 05 as the lowest rank, (not including recruit) and move up to 01+, in a way, ranking goes down.

17. What rank are you allowed to use a pistol at?

04+ is the rank you are allowed to use a pistol at.

18. What happens if you use a pistol before this rank?

If you use a pistol before the rank of 04+, you will recieve a blackmark.

19. Do you understand how to use our Advanced Viewdata?

I understand how to use your Advanced Viewdata.

20. What happens if you go rogue a third time?

I will get my whitelist removed if I go rogue a third time.

21. Do you understand not to argue with other players?

I understand to not argue with other players.

22. What should you do if you find yourself in a disagreement with other players?

Find a way to peacefully resolve it, violence is not the answer.

23. What are your past experiences in the Metropolice Force?

I have been a MPF on a server that has shut down back in 2013.
I found it to be very fun, but also can require alot of work.

23. Why should we accept your application?

You should accept my application because of my skill with typing and roleplaying.

24. Why should we accept your application over other player's applications?

I am very fast at typing, have 4 years of roleplaying experience, and just a plain good sport.

25. What happens if you do not stay in-character, or try to mess-around and simply void it

afterwards?

I will get my whitelist taken away if I goof off out of character and/or void it afterwards.

26. Do you tend to complain a lot?

I do not complain much, however, if there is massive cheating or unfairness, I tend to get anxious, and can pass the "annoying" line.

27. Do you have any close friends who play on the server, that could recommend you?

I have no close friends on the server that could reccommend me.

28. Can you passively roleplay, using detailed actions?

Yes, I can.

29. Do you have a basic knowledge and understanding of Half-Life 2 lore?

Yes, I do.

30. How active are you on the server?

I can sometimes be on on weekdays, and most of the time on weekends.

31. Do you plan on being a loyal player?

I plan on being a loyal player.

- Give an example of your own personal passive roleplaying using the /me command.
Note: Give an example that represents the level of detail you use on average. For example,

don't type a paragraph for walking across a floor unless you actually plan to use that amount

of detail in game.
