Informative Guidelines

‌• You need to be proficient at proper roleplay.

‌
• If you find yourself in a disagreement, Do NOT get into an argument.
Try to find a peaceful resolution to the situation, or contact a staff member.

‌• You'll need to have thoroughly read and studied are Metropolice Force guide, which can be found here.


‌• You need to use perfect spelling, grammar, and punctuation. You also need to fluently know the English language.


‌• You need to effectively know how to use the /me command.


‌• You are a unit, not a rebel. Try not to go rogue.
If you do go rogue, being caught and/or killed will result in a permanent character death and whitelist removal.

• You are not allowed to leave the nexus until the rank of 05.


‌• If units are available, patrol in teams! You should never patrol alone unless units are not available.

Note: You cannot go rogue above the rank of 04. This means that only RCT's, 05's, and 04's may go rogue.

• Do not abuse your faction. Being a normal unit does not give you the option to powergame.
As a standard ground unit, you are most likely a simple citizen in kevlar.


‌• Try not to speak using only voice commands.
Try to enhance your a bit with some complex and well-thought out sentences.


‌• You must use long, well thought out answers for your applications if you wish to be accepted.


‌•  As a unit, it is likely that you still have feelings.
Please, don't go using the "Haha." command at every citizen death.


‌• Respect all units who have been issued higher ranks.


• You are not allowed to use a pistol of any kind until the rank of 04+, First Tier.
Using a pistol before reaching the above rank will result in two blackmarks.


• Once you reach the rank of 02 (First Tier), you'll be eligible for optional brainwashing.
Brainwashing can earn you slightly faster promotions within the M.P.F, but try to think before doing it.
Would your character really want their memories and emotions erased? Consider more than being promoted.
(The only case in which brainwashing is would be for a commanding rank such as CmD, DvL, OfC, etc.)

• Training will be held on a regular basis. Try to be on often, so that you can report.
On a side note, please don't ask for training, or complain if you miss it.

• Your actions, in or out of character, can result in consequences.
You are to be in-character, and serious at all times. Failing to do this will result in a quick whitelist removal.


• Do not cheat your way through the application process.
If you fill out an application like a mature and educated person, expect to act-like it after you're whitelisted.
If we find out that you don't represent yourself as your application shows, your whitelist will be as quickly
removed as we gave it to you.


•  Last, but not least, try and keep a good attitude, as well as a positive outlook.
