I've learned that I am free to ask a staff member to create a CMU character, because it's included when my application gets accepted.

1. Use the request device to call for a backup.
2. If possible, try to help the officer (Passive RP)
3. Wait for the officers.
4. Report to the officers.

/me takes 1 can of Breen's Water from the storage and places it next to the Citizen

(Citizen places 5 tokens next to me)
/me takes the tokens slowly and counts them
