1. How long have you been on the server?
About five weeks, but I am on everyday increasing this time.
2. Do you know how to properly roleplay?
Yes, I do know how to properly role-play and I have been role-playing for a few years now.
3. Why do you want to be an Overwatch Transhuman Arm?
I want to be a Overwatch Transhuman Arm because I favor their personality and I take it as a chance to learn more about the Combine perspectives. I also noticed how there are very few OTA units and only two MAYBE three flag up in the event of a Judgment Waiver.
4. Have you read all of the application guidelines?
Yes, multiple times and I have read the new Overwatch Transhuman Arm guide.
5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
I have learned the personality of Overwatch Transhuman Arm and the Overwatch Transhuman Arm format for speaking. I have also learned under no circumstances may you go rouge.
6. What do you do in this situation. A judgement waiver is called, and your fellow Overwatch units are heading to the slums, just like ordered. You, however, happen to still be in the plaza.
I would report my location and proceed to regroup with the fellow units, if needed requesting the location of them.
7. Do you understand that you are mostly mechanical and must follow orders, and cannot make decisions or have passive conversations with other players?
Yes, I fully understand that, and I am prepared to receive the punishment if I break this rule. Which I don't plan to.
8. Give an example of how to properly speak as an Overwatch Transhuman Arm.

9. Have you received breach training on your MPF character?
Yes, and I have read the new breaching protocol.

11. How active are you as a community member in general?
I am on everyday, both on forums and in game.
12. Do you plan to be a loyal player, and come back to the server often?
Yes, I believe I already am a loyal player getting on everyday.
13. Do you plan to flag up often when a Judgement Waiver is in effect?
Yes, that is the main job of the OTA is to flag up and get the job done when a Judgment Waiver is in effect. You are not allowed to flag up otherwise unless told so.

Character Backstory:
When Jake was young, his mother was a teacher and his father was a CEO of a business. His mother would always teach Jake how medicine would work. His father would rant on about how when he is an old man, Jake will take his place as CEO of the family business. Jake didn't like the idea of being a CEO and wanted to become a doctor.
The Portal Storms hit and his parents are zapped by a green creature with three red eyes right infront of him. He runs into his house, into the basement and finds somewhere to hide. Another green creature appeared before him in the middle of the basement. It looked around and ran up the stairs. Days later, some men in strange suits and glowing eyes came in and found Jake. They took him to a place where there were hundreds of other people. They were rounding us up. "Why?" He asked himself.
Almost 5 years since all that happened. Jake is now a lonely citizen in City 17 and has recently heard the combine were hiring people. He is now urging himself to join up and hope to bring at least a partial piece of his dream to reality.[/color]
