1. How long have you been on the server?
A little over a week.


2. Do you know how to properly roleplay?
Yes I do, and I'm always trying to improve my roleplay skills.


3. Why do you want to join the Civil Worker's Union?
I'd like to play as a CWU to see what it is like is being loyal to the Combine, appreciating their protection, security, and discipline.  To be loyal to and only to the Combine, to work and assist them in their needs, as well as help other Citizens too.
I would also like to roleplay as a CWU to improve my roleplaying skills and by doing so as a different faction.

4. Have you read all of the application guidelines?
Yes I have.


5. What have you learned from the application guidelines?
That I am loyal only to the Combine and I will not Rebel. I'll be able to run a shop. If I wanted to I could create my character to be a Civil Medical Worker if I ask a Staff member.


6. What do you do in this situation. You find an injured officer, his radio is missing and nobody is around.
I would look around to make sure that the area is indeed safe, I would then proceed to give him a CWU Bandage if I had one on me. Since that the Officer is by himself I wouldn't want further harm to come to him, I would radio in for support.

7. Give an example of how to properly roleplay selling citizens items.
**Citizen walks into Store**
Harry Adams: Welcome to CWU's Item Shop!
Harry Adams: What can I get you?
James Farworth: Hey! I'm looking for Clothes, do you sell them?
Harry Adams: Yes we do, what exactly are you looking for?
James Farworth: Well, I saw this Citizen with a nice looking Beanie cap and Gloves, and seeing as it is Winter Time I'm in need of them as well.
Harry Adams: Let me see if we still have those in stock.
**Harry Adams Opens back door**
**Sound of a thump on a table**
**Scissors open a box**
**Plasic wrap rips*
**Harry Adams walks back to the front**
Harry Adams: You're in luck, these are our last pair.
James Farworth: Nice, how much will that be?
Harry Adams: 32 Tokens.
